What information we collect and why
When you use this research tool, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account — as well as technical information about how you interact with our service, including device type, browser information and usage patterns. We collect this information to provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about updates and relevant content, and to understand how the product is being used so we can make it more useful.
We do not collect sensitive financial data such as your account details, portfolio holdings or transaction history. The research questions and notes you work with inside the assistant are treated with care and are not used for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
